Lead Laboratory Technician (R&D)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio 44102; onsite day shift

Salary: $37 per hour

What you will do

• Perform routine laboratory experiments, tests, and analyses.
• Prepare samples, materials, and equipment and accurately record and report data.
• Coordinate daily laboratory tasks, priorities, and basic questions.
• Support assigned R&D projects, track task progress, and communicate status to the supervisor.
• Clean, maintain, calibrate, and monitor laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and collaborate with scientists, engineers, and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field.
• 0–5 years of laboratory or R&D experience.
• Basic laboratory and technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, communication, and teamwork.
• Emerging leadership and coordination ability.
• Availability for the Cleveland-based day-shift assignment.
