Salary: $112,000 – $139,400

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for assigned enterprise customers throughout their subscription term.
• Architect and guide complex deployments of hirify.global platforms, including Designer, Server, AACP, and Intelligence Suite.
• Advise on data strategies, analytic maturity, and integrations to meet customer business processes and objectives.
• Guide clients in establishing Centers of Excellence and scalable governance frameworks for analytic modernization.
• Partner with internal Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align solutions with client technology landscapes.
• Lead environment planning and upgrades while monitoring usage patterns to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect or Consultant.
• Proven expertise with hirify.global Designer and Server, including hirify.global Core Certification.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, RDBMS, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Must be based in the USA and available for travel up to 20%.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Additional hirify.global product certifications or experience with the hirify.global Cloud platform.
• Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or shell.
• Cloud and data architecture certifications (e.g., AWS or Azure Solutions Architect).
• Experience with customer lifecycle tools like Salesforce or Gainsight.
