What you will do
- Oversee the overall execution of the $2B Microelectronics Commons program.
- Develop and track execution timelines in collaboration with the US government.
- Manage relationships with regional Hubs, project teams, and the broader user community.
- Provide strategic thought leadership and recommendations to senior NSTXL leaders.
- Ensure team adherence to documentation, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders to ensure program success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams.
- Ability to receive US government clearance.
- Strong technical background in managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Must be a resident of one of the approved US states (AL, FL, IN, MO, NM, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WY).
