Location: Must be based in the São Paulo, Brazil metro area (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Design high-quality, intuitive features for Latin American members, focusing on safety and utility for families.
• Implement internationalization and localization best practices to ensure designs feel native to diverse cultures.
• Utilize AI tools (Claude, Figma AI, etc.) as first-class collaborators to accelerate exploration and prototyping.
• Define and codify AI-native design playbooks and standards for the International team.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma that communicate complex flows and micro-interactions.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to translate culturally nuanced user problems into scalable design solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in visual and interaction design.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Claude, Figma AI, Lovable, V0) to enhance creative exploration.
• Expertise in mobile-first design for iOS and Android.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, and prototyping.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Must be based in the São Paulo, Brazil metro area.
