What you will do
- Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery to implementation.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered experiences for creators and publishers.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate product vision.
- Define and evolve scalable design systems and UX standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to shape product strategy.
- Advocate for usability and consistency while balancing iterative development speed.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil
- Proven experience designing consumer-grade SaaS or platform-based products.
- Strong background in workflow-heavy or dashboard-based applications.
- Experience designing analytics-driven interfaces and data-rich experiences.
- Background in startup or early-stage product environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking.
Nice to have
- Experience in media, publishing, or creator economy platforms.
- Familiarity with tools for authors or publishers.
- Exposure to AI-powered product experiences or workflow automation.
- Experience with subscription-based or productivity platforms.
