What you will do

• Monitor network infrastructure in real time to ensure availability, performance, and operational stability.
• Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot network issues, outages, alerts, and performance degradations.
• Use network management tools to detect problems and support timely resolution.
• Escalate incidents to engineering, infrastructure, security, or vendor support teams.
• Perform routine network maintenance and support the implementation of approved changes.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to support trend analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Practical experience in network operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of network management tools such as Cisco, Juniper, or SolarWinds.
• Must hold an Interim DoD Secret or comparable clearance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Certifications like CCNA or CCNP are highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Prior experience working specifically in a NOC or similar operational environment.
