What you will do

• Design and deliver AI-powered prototypes within 6-week sprint cycles that demonstrate tangible business value.
• Build intelligent solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform.
• Implement APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines to connect AI solutions with enterprise platforms like SharePoint and Salesforce.
• Develop custom agents and NLP systems using Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Ensure seamless handoff to development teams via high-quality technical documentation and architecture walkthroughs.
• Embed security, privacy, and governance controls into all prototypes from the outset.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript with a track record of clean, maintainable code.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Platform.
• Experience developing within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem (Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph).
• Must be based remotely in the United States.

• Advanced degree or relevant AI/ML certifications.
