What you will do

• Build and manage a comprehensive tasking framework for internal teams and external vendors.
• Own the end-to-end execution of merchandise drops to ensure on-time delivery of products and assets.
• Collaborate with the Head of Merch to plan pipelines, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors to oversee production, design, and fulfillment without delays.
• Monitor daily progress to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep launches on schedule.
• Develop and optimize scalable workflows to support repeatable e-commerce business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in entertainment, gaming, or creative agencies.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• World-class communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency with task management tools such as Notion or Asana.
