This role entails working in two directions — creating merchandise for company employees and partners, and supporting the company’s participation in conferences and events! 💫

❇️ Tasks:
- Supporting the organization of conferences and other branded events;
- Coordinating booth preparation, branded materials, and merch distribution for events.
- Developing merchandise concepts for employees, partners, and regular users;
- Interacting with stakeholders and the creative team;
- Managing contractors located in both Europe and Asia;
- Working with factories, controlling orders and production;
- Collaborating with logistics companies.

❇️ Our expectations:
- Work experience in events, merchandise, operations, or coordination;
- Fluent in both English and Russian, Spanish is a plus;
- Possesses a sense of style and knowledge of clothing and accessory trends;
- Proactive mindset and confidence in coordinating with different stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep track of many moving parts.
