Location: Onsite in San Antonio, TX (4 days per week)

What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and manage complex calendars for hiring teams.
• Handle candidate communications, virtual and onsite logistics, and provide timely status updates.
• Maintain accurate data within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and generate offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and drug screenings.
• Provide administrative support, including travel coordination and expense reporting via Concur.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR administrative support.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Antonio, TX 4 days per week.

• Experience with Workday Recruiting or Eightfold AI.
