Location: Onsite in San Antonio, TX (4 days per week)

What you will do
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and manage complex calendars for hiring teams.
- Handle candidate communications, virtual and onsite logistics, and provide timely status updates.
- Maintain accurate data within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and generate offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and drug screenings.
- Provide administrative support, including travel coordination and expense reporting via Concur.
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve operational workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Antonio, TX 4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or Eightfold AI.
- Background in high-volume corporate recruiting environments.
- Experience with Concur for expense management.
- Experience supporting military hiring initiatives.
