What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Virtual Agents and Capacity Intelligence.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and market research to launch and continuous optimization of AI solutions.
• Prioritize features using data-driven analysis to maximize user adoption and customer impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable SaaS products.
• Translate customer insights and market trends into clear product requirements and strategic direction.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to usability, retention, and revenue impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end product development for web and mobile platforms.
• Experience in data-driven environments with the ability to interpret insights and guide decisions.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and IoT concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
