What you will do

• Define and execute the regional SAP S/4 Supply Chain IT strategy, focusing on the rollout and localization of the Global Template.
• Harmonize supply chain solutions with other enterprise technologies, including data management, BI, and manufacturing solution sets.
• Manage a regional team providing development, configuration, and operational support, while overseeing project demand and priorities.
• Ensure the security, availability, and performance of the ERP Supply Chain landscape and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide technical and people leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a multicultural team of internal and external resources.
• Represent the Supply Chain team in governance bodies, architecture committees, and corporate audit risk management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in MIS, CS, or a related field.
• 10-18 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years in large-scale ERP platforms and 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting SAP S/4.
• Proven track record in offshoring, outsourcing, and managing cross-functional, virtual teams across diverse time zones.
• Strong skills in project management, budget handling, and vendor negotiations.
• English language fluency is required.
