TL;DR

SAP Sales & Service Process Specialist (SAP/ERP): Consulting and optimizing SAP environments for sales and service processes with an accent on business analysis, SAP customizing, and system optimization. Focus on aligning technical requirements with IT strategy and ensuring efficient 2nd and 3rd level support.

Location: Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto, Portugal). Must be present in the office 2-3 times per week.

What you will do

• Consult and support the Application Owner within SAP environments.
• Analyze and document business, process, and technical requirements.
• Recommend solutions aligned with IT strategy and guidelines.
• Perform SAP customizing and optimize system processes.
• Provide 2nd level support and coordinate 3rd level support via partners.
• Participate in SAP projects and conduct training for key users.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA (SD, MM, Logistics).
• Solid expertise in business processes and SAP customizing.
• English: Full business proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Greater Lisbon or Porto.

• Knowledge of German.
