Junior Grants Analyst

What you will do

• Assist in developing and maintaining high-performing grants programs and projects.
• Deliver compliant pre- and post-award documentation in accordance with federal and DoD regulations.
• Conduct grant award activities including preparing notices and processing debriefing requests.
• Evaluate grant proposals based on statutes, regulations, and agency policies.
• Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders to ensure task completion.
• Present and analyze data associated with grants management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in federal grants management or policy analysis.
• Knowledge of 2 CFR 200 and DoDGARS regulations.
• Familiarity with federal budget and cost principles.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be eligible for Public Trust clearance.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with DoD, Military, or federal defense health agencies.
• Experience with GS-1102 or GS-1109 series roles.
