What you will do
- Provide technical support and customer service for all Itamar Medical products and services
- Manage the complaint handling process and coordinate the operational and logistics side of RMAs in the CRM system
- Analyze technical data to identify and present product trends using numbers and charts
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Logistics teams to resolve complex issues
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Customer Support Team and handle escalations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field
- 2+ years of experience as a technical product customer support representative
- English: Advanced level proficiency
- Hebrew: Expert level proficiency
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Caesarea, Israel
Nice to have
- Experience with medical device products and HIPAA compliance
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Advanced MS Excel skills including pivots, graphs, and advanced tools
