What you will do

  • Monitor and intake patient complaints across all communication channels.
  • Log and categorize cases in the central system, assessing severity and risk.
  • Act as the primary patient-facing contact to gather details and provide resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal pods, including Clinical, Finance, Legal, and Operations, to resolve complex issues.
  • Analyze complaint trends to support systemic fixes and protocol updates.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all case outcomes and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in patient advocacy, healthcare operations, or escalations management.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and conflict de-escalation skills.
  • Experience with centralized ticketing systems, CRMs, or electronic health records (EHR).
  • Project-management mindset with the ability to track multiple moving parts.

Nice to have

  • Background in healthcare, medical imaging, or health-tech.
  • Familiarity with Just Culture principles or healthcare compliance.
  • Experience transitioning workflows from legacy tools like Jira to custom platforms.
