What you will do

• Coordinate print stories through the editorial workflow across various departments.
• Gather and distribute assets including text, layouts, and images for local, global, and Apple News+ use.
• Perform quality checks on layouts to ensure they are ready for shipping.
• Manage and monitor editorial communication channels via Slack.
• Collaborate with Print Production and Technology teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Academic coursework or internships in graphic design, publishing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Must be based in London and able to work in the office Monday through Thursday.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with K4 or similar content management systems.
• Proficiency in other languages.
