What you will do

• Manage and optimize the activities of the graphic design book team to ensure quality standards are met.
• Design and produce a range of high-quality books, overseeing layout and photography.
• Set clear goals and provide direction through individual and peer review feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Schedulers, and Marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Ensure all design elements strictly follow the IP and style of the product range.
• Actively seek and implement improvements in production efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in book design and typography.
• Experience in managing and developing a high-performing design team.
• High standards of excellence and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas and decisions clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Must be based full-time in Nottingham, UK
