What you will do
- Manage and optimize the local product portfolio to identify growth opportunities across channels, packs, and SKUs.
- Lead consumer and shopper research projects to drive data-driven decision making.
- Track portfolio and business performance using market and sales data to build reports and dashboards.
- Develop commercial assets required for product launches and activations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to support volume growth plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience working with market data.
- Proven ability to turn consumer insights into clear business actions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- FMCG experience is preferred.
- Availability to travel 20-30%.
