What you will do

• Own central projects as the Planning subject matter expert and deliver within defined scope of work.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Activation, and Strategy to align planning best practices across upstream and downstream processes.
• Partner with local market teams to deliver locally relevant campaigns.
• Drive internal thought leadership and improve team processes/workflows to increase quality, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Lead technology-first adoption, including training support and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Work with Global and Regional Planning leads to influence future thought leadership and operational change.

Requirements

• Proven media experience at Director level with solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
• Experience in digital advertising.
• Deep understanding of Global Media Platforms, particularly the Google stack and Meta.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze raw data, identify insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with teams across time zones.
• Right to work in the UK.
