What you will do

• Define and lead the enterprise Cyber, Risk and Resilience strategy across Media Technology.
• Establish enterprise-wide security, resilience, and risk management frameworks and governance.
• Maintain the enterprise resilience model, including disaster recovery and service criticality classifications.
• Provide executive oversight of systemic technology and operational risks, including supply chain and cloud dependencies.
• Lead the articulation of enterprise risk trade-offs to the Executive Committee and Board.
• Act as the senior authority on cyber security and technology resilience, providing independent challenge to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and eligible to work in the UK.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing Cyber, Risk and Resilience functions.
• In-depth experience in enterprise business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead external coordination with national authorities and regulators during incidents.
• Skilled senior leader capable of fostering a culture of explicit risk ownership and accountability.
• Experience providing thought leadership on emerging threats and technology innovation at the executive level.
