What you will do

• Identify and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and web ticketing.
• Document all customer interactions in Salesforce accurately and completely.
• Educate customers on product benefits and compliance software functionality.
• Determine if issues stem from user error, application design, or system deficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex technical problems.
• Participate in product testing prior to new releases.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in St. Cloud, MN.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, BCIS, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical customer service.
• Strong understanding of financial institution banking and business processes.
• Ability to work flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
• Availability for 24/7 pager coverage for specific products.
