Salary: $54,000 – $80,000

What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug complex software and networked systems for a mix of technical and non-technical customers.
• Use SQL applications and tools to run queries and resolve technical incidents.
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle in Salesforce, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with senior team members to resolve escalated issues and share product knowledge.
• Maintain a specific 4x10-hour shift schedule (Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday).

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Required to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with SQL and Windows platforms.
• Direct experience in customer support as a primary contact via phone and email.
• Ability to work weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
