What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of features from problem understanding and sketching to shipping and performance measurement.
• Drive and shape the future of the architectural vision to help the platform scale and improve onboarding.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while maintaining high standards for yourself and peers.
• Develop intuitive and beautiful user experiences utilizing the latest design principles.

Requirements

• Experience building web backends using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience developing web frontends with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern state management.
• Proficiency with TDD and creating testable code (unit, integration, and performance testing).
• Great verbal and written communication skills to explain complex ideas to non-engineering teammates.
• Ability to manage low-level technical details while keeping big-picture goals in mind.
