What you will do

• Build and launch product features end-to-end, from initial product thinking to iteration.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to transform ambiguous ideas into shipped products.
• Own both the UI craft and the underlying technical decisions for speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop internal tooling, components, and system patterns to improve build quality.
• Utilize AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) as a multiplier for rapid development and iteration.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Backend proficiency to handle APIs, authentication, data flow, and basic infrastructure.
• Proven track record of shipping real products, whether through professional experience or side projects.
• Strong product sense and "taste" for polished, intuitive user experiences.
• Systems thinking approach to performance, edge cases, and maintainability.
• Daily use of AI coding tools to accelerate workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma for rapid prototyping.
• Focus on accessibility and inclusive UX.
• Skill in creating high-quality interactions and motion.
• Passion for fiction, worldbuilding, or creative arts.
