What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end execution for 1 specific corporate deliverable within the allocated 3 hours, including timeline and resource alignment.
• Track progress to ensure delivery meets strict targets.
• Coordinate with the facilitator and internal stakeholders to align on project goals and immediate execution.
• Communicate next steps and individual responsibilities clearly to the project team.
• Perform quality control on final materials: verify requirements, incorporate requested revisions, and ensure correct formats.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a producer on corporate projects (production, communications, journalism, public relations, or business administration).
• Japanese: Fluent.
• Strong attention to accuracy, quality, and formatting.
• Ability to quickly ramp up and reliably meet exact deadlines in a creative environment.
• Comfort working in a remote setup with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools.
• Experience with Google Enterprise tools (Drive, Docs, Slides), Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is a plus.
