What you will do

• Partner with Commercial and Product Strategy teams to drive portfolio strategy through data-driven insights.
• Create reports and optimize dashboards to provide transparency hirify.global product performance and KPI measurement.
• Steer the Go-To-Market process by aligning financial planning with global and regihirify.globalal merchandising goals.
• Lead seashirify.globalal target setting in line with lhirify.globalg-term financial ambitihirify.globals.
• Deliver clear messaging hirify.global sales and margin targets during Product and Costing Board reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Operatihirify.globals and Cost Analytics teams to integrate reporting and planning tools.

Requirements

• hirify.globalg>7-10 years of experiencehirify.globalg> in Chirify.globaltrolling, FP&A, or Business Partnering within an agile, high-growth envirhirify.globalment.
• hirify.globalg>Must possess a valid work permit for Switzerlandhirify.globalg>.
• Degree in Business Administratihirify.global or Finance.
• Strhirify.globalg analytical skills with the ability to combine metrics and storytelling.
• Experience with finance and data technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, Looker, and Anaplan.
