Deputy CTO (Crypto): Managing the engineering function for a leading crypto market maker and infrastructure services provider with an accent on large-scale people management and technical strategy. What you will do

• Take full ownership of the coordination of engineering, tech, and research teams within a 200+ person organization.
• Drive performance and achievement incentives and track OKRs.
• Unify engineering standards across the organization.
• Manage global engineering budgets and plan team expansion.
• Develop and execute tech strategy and oversee in-house tech operations.

Requirements

• Background in Trading and/or Crypto Infrastructure.
• Proven experience in a senior technical leadership function.
• Direct experience managing technical teams of 50+ people.
• Prior experience as a senior or deputy leader within a growing organization.
• Must be based in Europe or the UK.
