Location: Must be based in Lithuania (Kaunas or Vilnius) with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Salary: €4,200–€8,000 gross per month.

What you will do

• Implement logic for innovative product features and functionalities.
• Own the technical design process from scoping and planning to estimation.
• Work in an AI-augmented environment using coding agents to prototype and solve complex problems.
• Collaborate closely with mobile, hardware, and embedded R&D engineers.
• Maintain high standards for code quality in fast-moving experimental projects.
• Explore and suggest new technologies to improve existing systems.

Requirements

• Lithuanian: Fluency required.
• English: Full proficiency required.
• Solid expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with MySQL and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience with at least one cloud provider.
