Webmaster / CMS Specialist

Location: Remote from Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, or Mexico

Workload: Part time, approximately 20 hours per week

What you will do

• Execute structural and content updates in Drupal and WordPress.
• Build and format landing pages from UX wireframes.
• Manage third-party integrations, including tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager, and iframe applications.
• Perform routine maintenance, fix broken links, and test mobile responsiveness.
• Diagnose formatting issues using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Assess risky requests, propose practical solutions, and use AI tools to support strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Strong, verifiable experience managing complex Drupal environments is required.
• Experience with WordPress and solid frontend skills in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience with third-party tracking and embedded tools such as Google Tag Manager, pixels, and iframes.
• Comfort using AI to improve workflow, planning, and execution.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with EOS, L10 meetings, and Agile marketing workflows, or willingness to learn them.
