TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of strategic accounts to ensure successful adoption, retention, and long-term growth with an accent on proactive communication and relationship building. Focus on identifying adoption barriers, driving upselling opportunities, and delivering a personalized, results-driven customer experience.
Location: Must be able to complete 1-2 months of initial training in Limassol, Cyprus, followed by remote work.
Salary: €35,000 – €50,000 gross per year.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, including onboarding and re-engaging inactive customers.
- Establish success plans and align platform usage with customer business goals.
- Identify and act on opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and process inefficiencies.
- Monitor customer health metrics and engagement levels to proactively address risks.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and manage escalations professionally.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English required.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Experience within a SaaS, technology, or software company.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
- Must be available for in-office training in Limassol, Cyprus for 1-2 months.
Nice to have
- Native-level Swedish proficiency.
- Experience managing enterprise or B2B customer relationships.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
