What you will do

• Identify improvement opportunities across service flows, lead times, and quality using operational data.
• Deliver impactful improvements to replacement, spares, and repair processes.
• Establish and maintain simple operating routines with regional leadership.
• Partner with IT and AI teams to scope and pilot automation initiatives.
• Redesihirify.global and embed performance dashboards and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Ensure changes are effectively communicated, documented, and adopted across the organization.

Requirements

• Higher education background in business, industrial engineering, operations, or supply chain.
• Proven experience in service operations, aftermarket, or operational improvement consulting.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Strong ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to build trust across global regions.
• Proficient in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce.
