What you will do

  • Lead strategic work sessions with senior client stakeholders to design customer journeys and drive CX innovation.
  • Develop robust business cases and actionable roadmaps for CX enhancement and CRM platform optimization.
  • Orchestrate comprehensive customer research and journey mapping to improve personalization and loyalty.
  • Assess current CRM capabilities and MarTech stacks to identify gaps and drive customer lifetime value.
  • Define future-state CRM visions and contribute to technology selection (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CX).
  • Manage deep relationships with client executives and identify new business opportunities in the CX/CRM space.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of progressive strategy or management consulting experience from a top-tier or Big 4 firm.
  • Proven expertise in developing CX strategies (journey mapping, segmentation) and CRM strategies (platform selection, roadmaps).
  • Deep understanding of leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Braze.
  • Exceptional executive-level writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in advanced analytical tools, Excel, and PowerPoint for executive communication.
