TL;DR

Corporate Development Manager (iGaming): Driving M&A and strategic initiatives within the CEO's office with an accent on financial modeling, valuation, and end-to-end transaction management. Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Copenhagen office (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end M&A processes including sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and execution.
  • Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and peer group analyses to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across key business areas.
  • Prepare investment materials and strategic analyses for executive leadership.
  • Support post-merger integration planning and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in Copenhagen to work from the office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in tech, software, or iGaming.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for analysis and research.
