Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Copenhagen office (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end M&A processes including sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and execution.
- Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
- Conduct market, competitor, and peer group analyses to identify strategic opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional due diligence across key business areas.
- Prepare investment materials and strategic analyses for executive leadership.
- Support post-merger integration planning and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction services, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Ability to manage projects and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in Copenhagen to work from the office.
Nice to have
- Experience in tech, software, or iGaming.
- Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for analysis and research.
