What you will do
- Transform customer feedback, business requests, and strategy into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure squad readiness by managing the backlog so engineers have full context before development.
- Partner with Product Managers to break large initiatives into smaller, valuable releases.
- Act as the primary bridge between product, design, engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early to reduce delivery friction and rework.
- Define edge cases, permissions, and workflows to protect the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in Jordan or Egypt.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Associate Product Manager.
- Proven track record in owning requirements, backlog management, and delivery readiness.
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, and data models with engineers.
- Ability to create structure and clarity within ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B SaaS or Customer Experience (CX) platforms.
- Background in AI-powered products and automation.
- Experience with Arabic-first or MENA-focused products.
- Knowledge of product analytics and adoption metrics.
