What you will do

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and actionable roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing items based on value, risk, and capacity.
• Write detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team to manage priorities.
• Define success metrics (KPIs) and validate delivered functionality against business needs.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and delivery teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Product Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience translating business needs into user stories and requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be eligible for W2 employment (No C2C).

Nice to have

• Experience working with data, analytics, or AI/ML-enabled products.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology environments.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Miro.
• CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM certification.
