What you will do

• Develop and optimize calibrations to meet performance and timing requirements utilizing Calibration Standard Work.
• Conduct calibration reviews and utilize analytical tools to develop and verify calibrations.
• Diagnose and correct vehicle, system, and controls deficiencies to resolve plant, lab, or customer issues.
• Coordinate calibration activities with Lead Calibrators and Diagnostic Strategists.
• Participate in controls groups, support algorithm development, and conduct test trips.
• Create, use, and update standard calibration procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study.
• Two years of experience as an Automotive Engineer, Project Engineer, or in a related occupation.
• Experience with data acquisition and analysis, and electrification propulsion system architecture.
• Knowledge of embedded controls and calibration.
• Proficiency with INCA, MDA, and Matlab Simulink.
• Must be able to report to the local office in Milford, Michigan.
