What you will do

• Manage end-to-end studio operations, workflow planning, and capacity management.
• Oversee brief intake, prioritization, scheduling, and day-to-day resource allocation.
• Act as the operational liaison between internal teams (Campaign, CRM, E-commerce) and the in-house agency.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets across print, digital, and social channels.
• Own workflow governance, quality control processes, and best-practice standards.
• Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for leadership to track utilization.

Requirements

• 7-8+ years of experience in agency operations, production management, or studio leadership.
• Fluent in Flemish and French (both written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to commute to Asse, Belgium (onsite).
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and levels.
• Solid understanding of the full creative production process for print and digital.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-disciplinary workflows.
