Training Producer (EdTech): Managing the execution and completion of corporate learning deliverables with an accent on resource alignment and quality assurance. Focus on overseeing a small set of high-impact deliveries, ensuring strict target adherence, and collaborating across functional teams.

Location: Hybrid (Brussels and Braine, Belgium). Two deliveries must be completed on-site.

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end execution for 4 specific project deliverables.
• Manage timelines, resource alignment, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with facilitators and internal stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Communicate next steps and individual responsibilities clearly to the project team.
• Review final materials to ensure they meet exact project requirements and formats.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a producer on corporate projects.
• Background in Production, Communications, Journalism, PR, or Business Administration.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Must be able to attend on-site deliveries in Brussels and Braine, Belgium.
• Sharp focus on accuracy, quality, and formatting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Enterprise tools (Drive, Docs, Slides).
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
