What you will do
- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of a strategic internal digital platform.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including developers, business analysts, testers, and UX specialists.
- Manage project scope, planning, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation activities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and demos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams such as infrastructure, DevOps, and validation.
- Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, technical leadership, or software delivery.
- Strong experience leading custom software development projects in Agile environments.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, healthcare, banking, or food industries).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage project financials, budgets, and resource allocation.
