What you will do

• Support the establishment and monitoring of PA&S requirements for space projects in compliance with ESA policies.
• Review contractor plans, specifications, and documentation to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project status, including tracking non-conformances, anomalies, and failure analysis.
• Participate in project boards and review panels for test reviews, configuration inspections, and acceptance requirements.
• Witness manufacturing, integration, and test (MAIT) activities, including potential long-term missions in and outside Europe.
• Provide technical support to ESA officers for R&D and technology development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in the space sector, including 5 years in Product and Quality Assurance.
• Proven record of PA&S activities for spacecraft units.
• Experience with EEE components and Cleanliness and Contamination control.
• Must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with test campaigns at the spacecraft level.
