What you will do

• Manage payload integration for the ISS, including the generation and negotiation of International Partner agreements.
• Review and analyze Experiment Science Requirements (ESR) and support the preparation of Research Directives.
• Oversee CEF and Manifest Request (MR) submissions and generate PIAs for ESA and NASA.
• Support development reviews (CDR, FAR) and analytical integration of payloads into Columbus and IP elements.
• Coordinate Flight Safety and Integrated Safety processes and resolve SPRs.
• Manage logistics for cargo transportation and generate monthly PIM reports and CoFR data packages.

Requirements

• MSc degree or equivalent in engineering or a science discipline (biology, medicine, physics, chemistry).
• Demonstrated experience in aerospace or human spaceflight activities management.
• Proven expertise in the development, integration, and on-orbit operations of complex payloads.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in Noordwijk, Netherlands.
