What you will do

• Establish and maintain the PA&S requirements baseline for space projects in compliance with ESA policies.
• Monitor project status, including tracking non-conformances, anomalies, and failure analysis.
• Support manufacturing, integration, and test activities through audits, inspections, and test witnessing.
• Coordinate PA&S discipline experts and contribute to formal acceptance reviews and data-package preparation.
• Participate in launch campaigns and long-term missions in and outside Europe as required.
• Capture lessons learned and support the development of PA&S dashboards and trend analyses.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in an engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in thirify.global sector, with at least 5 years in Product and Quality Assurance.
• Proven track record of PA&S activities specifically for spacecraft units.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multinational team environment.

• Experience with test campaigns at thirify.globalcraft level.
