TL;DR

AI & Automation Architect (AI/Automation): Defining architectural direction and design patterns for large-scale workflow automation with an accent on secure, compliant, and enterprise-aligned hyperautomation. Focus on establishing standards, mentoring teams, and driving DevOps-oriented development strategies across the Europe & Africa region.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Nootdorp, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Salary: €7,700–€8,400 gross per month

What you will do

  • Translate enterprise-level architecture into domain-specific design patterns for workflow automation.
  • Design secure, compliant, and scalable AI and automation solutions.
  • Establish architectural standards, guardrails, and reusable patterns for hyperautomation.
  • Act as a recognized expert and advisor to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Lead DevOps-oriented development strategies and mentor team members.
  • Collaborate with global enterprise architects to ensure regional alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture, AI, and automation.
  • Background in software development or data engineering.
  • Proven experience leading cross-team architectural decision-making.
  • Relevant certifications such as Cloud, TOGAF, or AI credentials.
  • English: Fluent communication required.
  • Understanding of hyperautomation, integration, governance, and DevOps practices.
