What you will do

• Draft Business Process Architecture (As-Is and To-Be) and maintain process repositories.
• Act as a bridge between business, IT, data, and product architectures.
• Translate strategic objectives into tactical frameworks and solution directions.
• Align project portfolios with business goals and manage cross-project dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and design technical solutions.
• Establish governance and provide content-level guidance to business and process designers.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level required)
• Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a background in both business and technology.
• Proficiency in BPMN, process architecture, and process design tooling (e.g., Adonis, ARIS, Signavio).
• Experience working in complex, dynamic environments and managing teams of professionals.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between shop floor and C-level stakeholders.
