What you will do

• Develop and execute cloud and network infrastructure roadmaps aligned with global standards.
• Oversee cloud operations across Alicloud, AWS, and Azure, including migration and cost management.
• Design resilient, scalable cloud architectures for SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments.
• Drive DevOps adoption, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and system monitoring.
• Implement security frameworks and DevSecOps practices to ensure compliance and system reliability.
• Manage infrastructure budgets and mentor cloud and network engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in China.
• Proven experience in cloud management (Alicloud, AWS, or Azure) and network optimization.
• Strong expertise in DevOps principles, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with security frameworks like Zero Trust and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Ability to manage infrastructure budgets and negotiate with vendors.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
