What you will do
- Consistently achieve monthly renewal rate and cash collection targets for the Australian client base.
- Conduct end-to-end investigations into customer interactions to drive issue resolution.
- Manage the customer pipeline using CRM tools to identify upsell and upgrade opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, product, and data teams to improve renewal processes.
- Maintain high CSAT scores by ensuring proactive outreach and customer trust.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices with the wider team.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Renewals or Customer Success management roles.
- Must be located in the Philippines.
- Proven track record of achieving renewal and cash collection targets in a B2B SaaS or services environment.
- Strong proficiency in CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
- Strong written and spoken English required for clear communication with Australian clients.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams.
