What you will do

  • Consistently achieve monthly renewal rate and cash collection targets for the Australian client base.
  • Conduct end-to-end investigations into customer interactions to drive issue resolution.
  • Manage the customer pipeline using CRM tools to identify upsell and upgrade opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, product, and data teams to improve renewal processes.
  • Maintain high CSAT scores by ensuring proactive outreach and customer trust.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices with the wider team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Renewals or Customer Success management roles.
  • Must be located in the Philippines.
  • Proven track record of achieving renewal and cash collection targets in a B2B SaaS or services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
  • Strong written and spoken English required for clear communication with Australian clients.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams.
