What you will do

• Support contract establishment and negotiation with customers and OEM partners.
• Translate contractual clauses into actionable technical requirements and delivery obligations.
• Manage interfaces between OEM partners and platform customers to resolve conflicts and clarify ambiguities.
• Capture customer mission needs and translate them into product specifications.
• Ensure full traceability from requirements to verification (V&V).
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in turbofan propulsion, aerospace, or complex engineered systems.
• Deep understanding of turbofan architectures, performance drivers, and technology road maps.
• Proven experience in program management and systems approach.
• Knowledge of airworthiness and certification frameworks (e.g., FAA Part 33, 21, CS-E, CS-25).
• Experience interfacing with customers, OEMs, and regulatory authorities.
