What you will do

• Program winding and AFP systems.
• Supervise and provide technical management for development projects.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for series production and develop process standards.
• Execute test programs and produce samples according to aviation standards, including technical documentation.
• Collaborate with design, analysis, universities, and external partners.
• Present technical results in reports and meetings to management and customers.

Requirements

• Engineer degree (TU/FH) in aerospace, mechanical engineering, fiber composites, materials science, or plastics engineering.
• Several years of experience with winding and AFP systems and their programming.
• In-depth technical knowledge of composite component manufacturing and CAD/CAM tools.
• Experience in prototype or small-batch production.
• Experience with construction methods, design, and calculation of fiber-reinforced composites.
• Business fluency in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Management or Six Sigma.
• Existing professional network of companies and institutes in the field of fiber-reinforced composite technology.
