What you will do

• Own the TikTok Shop content strategy across various target markets.
• Monitor platform trends, viral formats, and TikTok Shop best practices to keep content relevant.
• Create comprehensive briefs and content concepts for creators and production teams.
• Review and approve content, ensuring high-quality hooks, storytelling, and platform fit.
• Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, and creative teams to achieve commercial objectives.
• Analyze content performance and translate data insights into new creative tests and improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in TikTok Shop, social commerce, creator marketing, or performance creative.
• Deep understanding of TikTok content mechanics, including hooks, formats, and creator-led storytelling.
• Proven ability to transform market trends and product insights into practical content briefs.
• Experience managing and briefing UGC creators, editors, designers, or production teams.
• Strong eye for content quality, specifically regarding visuals, pacing, and product demonstration.
• Ability to provide clear, actionable, and constructive feedback on creative assets.
